The short version

Keepwise tools run in your web browser. We don't require an account, and the numbers you enter into a tool are processed on your device.

Information we handle

Tool inputs & trackers. Calculations happen locally. Trackers (subscriptions, debts, grow logs, tracked mortgages) save data in your browser's local storage — on your device, not our servers — and you can clear it any time.

Benchmark contributions. When you choose to "add your pay / rent / bills" to a benchmark, that single data point is anonymous (no name, no contact details) and used only in aggregate to improve the averages shown to everyone. You're never required to contribute to use a tool.

Email. If you ask us to send reminders or reports, we store the email address you give us for that purpose only. We don't sell it. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which tools are useful and how the site performs. This sets cookies and processes data through Google. It's off until you accept in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind any time.

Cookies, advertising & consent

We show ads from Google AdSense to keep Keepwise free. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: non-essential cookies — analytics and advertising — are off by default until you choose “Accept all” in our cookie banner. If you choose “Reject”, we don't set those cookies and any ads you see are non-personalised. Essential, on-device storage that makes the tools work (your trackers, saved plans, your consent choice) is not advertising or analytics and is never shared.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies/site data for this site, which will bring the banner back. Google's handling of data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your rights

Local data is fully under your control in your own browser. For any email address you've given us, you can request access or deletion via the contact details published at launch.
